This is not a traditional art class. The Letting Go Art Experience is a guided, process-based creative workshop designed to help you slow down, release expectations, and reconnect with yourself through hands-on exploration.
There is no pressure to be artistic and no focus on making something “perfect.” Instead, the emphasis is on presence, curiosity, and allowing the creative process to unfold without judgment.
Through gentle prompts and reflection, participants are invited to notice what arises as they work — letting go of comparison, perfectionism, and the need for a specific outcome.
For this session, we will be working with clay — a grounding, tactile medium that naturally supports mindfulness and creative expression.
No prior art experience is needed. Come as you are. All materials provided.
Location
This special event will be held at the tranquil, light-filled Behavioral Fitness studio in Walnut Creek, a peaceful setting designed to help creativity and connection flourish.
Free and easy parking, warm community atmosphere, and space to unwind the moment you walk through the door.
From Priscila:
For years, I lived in fear—of not being good enough, and of my art not being good enough. Perfectionism kept me stuck. I rarely finished anything, and over time, I felt disconnected from myself and my creativity.
Then, during a therapy session, I received a message in meditation: “Trust and Let Go.” It felt like a quiet invitation—one I decided to follow by making art with one rule: finish it within a week. No perfection, just presence.
What unfolded was transformative. I began weaving in intention, meditation, journaling, and movement. Each finished piece helped me release fear, reconnect with my soul, and express what words couldn’t.
In 12 weeks, I created more than I had in years—and felt more alive than ever.
This journey became the heart of The Letting Go Art Experience, which I now offer to help others move through creative blocks and into deeper self-connection. As a certified Art Life Coach, I guide others through this process in classes, retreats, and one-on-one sessions.
I invite you to reconnect, play, and trust the creative process.
