This is a deeper dive to get you ready for the new year. This session will include meditation, journaling and painting.

THE MANDALA SWITCH – February 12 – 7:00pm to 9:30pm

This is a fun, collaborative and laid back session. It will include some centering exercises, drawing and painting.

All materials included. Must be at least 18 years old. No art experience necessary.

Materials used: acrylics and mixed media paper.

MY AVERAGE PERFECT LIFE – February 24 2:00pm to 6:00pm

This is a deeper dive and will include a meditation and painting.

All materials included. Must be at least 18 years old. No art experience necessary.
